Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

Domestic Shipping is provided by Canada Post.

United States Shipping is provided by Canada Post/UPS.

International Shipping is provided by Canada Post/DHL.

Place your order(s) before 12:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time for same day shipping. Orders received after 12:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time will ship the following business day.

 Shipping Address:  It is the Purchaser's responsibility to provide complete and accurate address and contact information.  

 Delivery Confirmation:  All shipments require a signature for delivery for your protection. Please ensure you have items delivered to a location where you will be able to sign for the package. 

RETURNS and EXCHANGES 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact our shipping office by email (info@lashforless.com) and we will assist you with the process.  Please notify us within 10 business days, and items need to be returned within 14 days of receipt. 

LASH FOR LESS INC. cannot accept returns on any opened packaging due to sanitation & health regulations. LASH FOR LESS INC. Reserves the right to limit returns/refunds due to excessive use of the return policy or any other factor they deem abuse of this privilege. 

Adhesive Disclaimer:

When starting with a new adhesive there is a learning curve. Not all adhesives behave the same and should not be treated the same. Even the most experienced technician will have to learn how to work with any new adhesive they encounter. Retention issues are usually the result of technicians failing to use the product correctly or not using enough. With adhesives of a thinner consistency it is recommended to use more adhesive. A small bead should be seen at the bottom of the classic lash. Please always use a Hygrometer in your lash room to ensure humidity requirements are met. Temperature and humidity will both cause retention issues.



There are ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS and NO REFUNDS on open adhesive.

Returns:

LASH FOR LESS INC. must be notified via email (info@lashforless.com)  within 10 business days of receipt of merchandise.  Orders over 10 days old are non-returnable non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for shipping charges. All items need to be returned within 14 days of receipt. No return will be accepted without prior authorization. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON REFUNDABLE

Returns due to Customer Error:  If a shipment is returned due to entering an incorrect address or oversight in not including a building or suite number, new shipping fees apply. This includes mistakes in the product(s) selected. 

Returns due to LFL Error:  In the event that a return is a result of our error, LFL will pay for the return shipping.  

Exchange:

LASH FOR LESS INC. must be notified by email within 10 business days of receipt of your merchandise to grant an exchange. Products must be unopened. Return shipping fees apply. Once your item has been inspected, you will be refunded for the returned items on the same method of payment you puchased the order with. All items need to be returned within 14 days of receipt. No exchanges will be accepted without prior authorization. Items must be  unopened and in the original packaging.
